Outside there are customer areas to the front and rear, including a covered area. The pub is located on a busy trading estate, surrounded by supermarkets and large residential housing, with high local footfall at lunchtime and early evening trade opportunities.
This is an ideal for a hands‑on operator who is passionate about food, service and building a strong local reputation. You’ll have the freedom to develop your own food menu, drive lunchtime trade and build a talented kitchen team from the ground up.
