About the pub
The Glen Parva Manor is a Grade 2 listed manor house which dates back to 1452. The pub is situated on the outskirts of Leicester with glorious fields to one side, and houses to the other. There is a lovely big garden which is hugely popular during the summer months, with a children's play area and also suitable for dog walkers. There are a number of different aspects to the business which offers full table service in one side of the pub, to the bar area which shows TNT sports.
The Glen Parva's trades at an average of £30,000 per week with a sales mix of 50/50. The pub is quite seasonal, and sales can fluctuate from £20k during quieter weeks in January to over £40k during the Summer. We are looking for a strong and experienced GM who is used to dealing with high food and wet volume.
Management accommodation is available in the form of 3 bedrooms management flat above the pub.
